Leticia, Inc. was established in June of 1994 as a New Jersey corporation and is fully licensed by New Jersey and New York to operate in the collection, transportation and disposal of contaminated soils, including hazardous and non-hazardous material as well as industrial waste. Leticia, Inc. is certified as a Minority-Owned Business Enterprise (MBE) and as a Women-Owned Business Enterprise (WBE) by the State of New Jersey, the State of New York, the City of New York, The Port Authority of NY/NJ, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority, the State of Pennsylvania and the City of Philadelphia. New Jersey Transit and The Port Authority of NY/NJ have also certified Leticia, Inc. as a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE).
The facilities, sites and landfills we use for disposal of the various materials transported are all fully licensed and insured to accept this type of material. We count with all the equipment necessary to collect, transport and dispose of the material. In addition, we do demolition, excavation and site work.
From the 1998 thru 2007 HISPANIC BUSINESS Magazine has selected Leticia, Inc. as one the 500 Largest Hispanic-Owned Companies in the United States. BUSINESS NEWS New Jersey has also selected Leticia, Inc. several times as one of the 25 fastest- growing private companies in New Jersey. Additionally, the NRCC selected Leticia C. Rojas, President of Leticia, Inc., as 2004 Businesswoman of the Year for the State of New Jersey and the awards were presented to Honorees by President George W. Bush in a ceremony in Washington D.C. in March 2005.
We count with over 30 years of experience in the trucking industry and pride ourselves in our reputation for consistently providing reliable quality service at extremely competitive prices. We have thus far successfully completed several jobs with project values in excess of $5 million. All of the services we offer are available year-round within a day’s notice, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, on either a regular basis-schedule basis or an as needed basis.
Our annual gross sale 2004 and 2005 have approximated or exceeded $11 million. Our company’s current general liability insurance coverage is for 5 million. We have bonding capability. Leticia, Inc. is a Signator and member of the NYC Teamsters Local 282, I.B.T.
Our principal office is in Hillside, NJ and we also have a satellite office in Bronx, NY.
